This type of structure offers the ideal conditions to respond with efficiency, flexibility and success to the management of large number of moulds with the same delivery, thanks to the simultaneous involvement of various mould makers working under our close control.

Mold Test and DIM Sample Control

As the test is the culmination of the production process, it deserves our particular attention because it allows us to evaluate whether the design and engineering have been the most appropriate and whether the manufacture has been carried out with the quality required, ensuring a perfect mold function.

At the end of the test, a detailed report is made by the project engineer which is sent to the customer along with the samples accompanied by the dimensional control carried out at our technical department.

Final Inspection and Mold Shipment

Before shipping the mould, we carry out a thorough inspection in order to ensure full compliance with all the requirements and specifications demanded by the customer in the tender specifications. The mold is always accompanied by its respective Mold Technical Manual with Maintenance Instructions.

Guarantee and Confidentiality

We ensure after-sales assistance in accordance with the contract terms.
